About UPLVL
UPLVL is a growth-marketing firm based in Johannesburg, South Africa, founded in 2022. We help SA tech scale-ups in the R5M to R50M ARR range run 30 growth experiments per 30-day Sprint across the full AAARRR funnel, using eight purpose-built AI agents. The goal is simple: results by Week 3, not Month 6.

UPLVL was founded by Gift Afrika, who spent more than 20 years building campaigns for brands like Coca-Cola, Samsung and Heineken at Ogilvy, VML and Publicis, managing over R1.5 billion in enterprise media along the way.
UPLVL exists to bring that enterprise marketing pedigree to scale-ups, at scale-up speed and cost. Instead of a six-month agency retainer that starts showing results in Month 6, UPLVL runs a structured sprint model: a high volume of small, measurable experiments, with winners scaled within 72 hours and losers killed within 14 days.
