1. Who we are
These terms govern your use of the UPLVL website, growth calculator, and related services (the "Services"). The Services are operated by UPLVL, located at 345 Rivonia Boulevard, Johannesburg, South Africa. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Use of the Services
You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their normal operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or use automated means to extract data without our written consent.
3. The growth calculator
The growth calculator produces estimates based on the inputs you provide and on general industry assumptions. The outputs are indicative only and do not constitute financial, investment, or professional advice. We do not warrant that any projection, benchmark, or result will be achieved. You should not rely on the calculator as the sole basis for any business decision.
4. Bookings and enquiries
When you submit an enquiry or book a call, you agree to provide accurate information. Bookings are subject to availability and to confirmation by us. We may decline or reschedule a booking where reasonably necessary.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Services, including text, graphics, logos, methodology, and the calculator itself, is owned by or licensed to UPLVL and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without our prior written permission, except for your own internal, non-commercial use.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UPLVL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services, including any reliance on calculator outputs. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law. All amounts referenced in the Services are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise.
8. Third-party services
The Services rely on trusted third-party providers for hosting, data storage, email, and scheduling. We are not responsible for the availability or content of any external website linked from the Services.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the date of the latest revision shown above. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
